We went to Gammie's on Sunday and got to play with cousin Hayden :)

It was our friend Will's 50th on Saturday. Christian loved blowing out the "fire" on his cake!! We love you Will!!

Springfield has a new park that's really cool. It's a farm!! It has a farm themed playground and real animals. For the fall it has a pumpkin patch, a corn maze and a hayride.

Kara and Michael

The Lord just blessed our friends Kara and David with a new baby boy. Many of you know that Kara and I adopted around the same time about 3 years ago. Makenna and Christian will always have a special bond because of this. We are rejoicing with them that they now have a second miracle from Heaven, Michael David!!

Janet's Visit

Christian's birth mother, Janet, came to visit a couple of weeks ago and we really enjoyed our time with her. Here is a great picture of the two of them together.

We concluded our trip by visiting the Billy Graham Library in Charlotte, NC. It was beautiful, as you can see, and the peace of God was all over the property!!

Beach Time!!

Beach Time!!!

The latter half of our vacation was spent in Charleston, SC. We were truly beach bums!! All we did was lay and play on the beach and we ate at the same restaurant every night...The Banana Cabana. It was right next to our hotel and right on the beach!!

The beach was one big playground for Christian!! He loved it!!

We began our vacation in the mountains. We stayed in beautiful Greenville, SC and just happened to get there during the biggest pro bike race in the US. It was really cool to watch. Here are Greenville fans lining up downtown.
This river runs THROUGH downtown Greenville. If you ever have a chance to visit, it's really an incredible sight. They have a great downtown with fun shops and restaurants and this amazing river and park right in the middle of it!
PF Chang's is our favorite restaurant and we got to eat at one in Greenville and Charlotte.
